APK.net.pk respects intellectual property rights. This page explains how to submit a copyright infringement notice and what happens after we receive one.

Our Own Original Content
All original written content on APK.net.pk, including articles, guides, reviews, and feature comparisons, is created by our editorial team and is protected by copyright. If you find our content reproduced in full on another website without our permission, you can report it to us at [email protected]. We will take steps to address the unauthorized use.
Others may quote up to 50 words from our content for educational or commentary purposes, provided they include a visible link back to the original article. Full article reproduction, even with a link, requires our explicit written permission.
How We Respect Third-Party Intellectual Property
APK.net.pk covers WhatsApp mod APK applications. We understand the intellectual property considerations that come with this territory:
- We do not develop or distribute any APK files.
- We link to files that are already publicly distributed by the mod developers themselves.
- We cover these mods as an independent publisher exercising editorial judgment, similar to how a technology publication covers commercial software.
- We use trademarked names (WhatsApp, GB WhatsApp, etc.) in their descriptive capacity only, to identify the software products we write about.
- Screenshots of app interfaces are used under fair use / fair dealing principles for the purpose of review and commentary.
How to File a Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent of a copyright owner and you believe that content on APK.net.pk infringes your copyright, you can submit a DMCA takedown notice. We take all notices seriously and act promptly on valid ones.
Identify the Infringing Content
Note the specific URL or URLs on APK.net.pk where the content you believe infringes your copyright appears. Vague descriptions such as “all content related to X” are not sufficient. We need exact page URLs.
Identify Your Copyrighted Work
Describe the specific copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If you own multiple works on a single notice, include a representative list with links to originals where possible.
Prepare Your Notice with Required Elements
Your notice must contain the specific elements listed in the section below. Incomplete notices may be rejected, which delays action.

Email your complete notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice.” We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
Required Elements for a Valid DMCA Notice
To be valid under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512), your notice must include all of the following:
Your notice must contain:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if the notice covers multiple works.
- Identification of the material on APK.net.pk that you claim is infringing and that you want removed, with enough specificity for us to locate it (exact URLs).
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
What Happens After We Receive Your Notice
After we receive a complete, valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Acknowledge receipt within 3 business days.
- Review the notice and the identified content to assess validity.
- Remove or disable access to the identified content promptly if the notice is valid.
- Notify the content contributor, where applicable, that their content has been removed and why.
- Provide the content contributor with information about the counter-notice process.
Counter-Notice Process
If you believe that content we removed was removed in error or that you have the right to use it, you can file a counter-notice. A valid counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the specific content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the US, any judicial district in which APK.net.pk may be found.
Send your counter-notice to [email protected] with the subject line “DMCA Counter-Notice.” If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy of terminating access for users or contributors who are repeat copyright infringers. In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, we will disable access to this site for any user who repeatedly submits infringing content. This is in accordance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA.
